Our Process: Effectively Managing Your Transportation Needs

Submit an order request
With our user-friendly fleet management software, you simply place a request for a pickup and fill in the details regards the goods, destination, and desired timeline. The sooner you place an order, the faster we can process it and assign to the best qualified driver.

Await the Delivery
After we have processed your order information, we’ll immediate route qualified driver to your warehouse or company facility for pickup. From there, the tractor is constantly on the move in our operation chain and will reach your assigned destination as soon as possible.

Oversee Unloading
When the tractor reaches its final point of delivery, our drivers will park at a secure location, unhook, and drop the trailer. Then, you’ll oversee the unloading. If you need any assistance with unloading fragile or sensitive items, be sure to request our white glove delivery services.

How are Your Rates Calculated?
Rates for each of our services vary depending on the haul miles. Use the “Get a Quote” button in the top right to complete a form and instantly get an estimate. We will contact you to schedule and get more information with the contact you provide. Feel free to reach out to us in the chat or through email if you have a question about the instant quote.
What Kind of Material Do You Specialize in Transporting?
Currently, we have an established foothold in the automotive and medical research industries, though we’ll gladly accept new clients from other fields. We ship freights of all kind (FAK) to clients from around the country in manufacturing both domestic and international for both online and traditional businesses that offer a range of commercial products.
Are there Any Items You Won’t Transport?
As of now, we only operate with dry van tractor-trailers, not oil tankers or flatbed trucks. We don’t use refrigerated trucks, meaning we would not ship fresh produce or other items that require controlled temperatures. We also aren’t licensed to transport livestock or hazardous materials.
Where Do You Operate?
While constantly expanding, we currently operate from the Southeast to the Midwest United States with hauls in and out of Canada.

We offer three main types of dry van transportation services: long-haul truckloads, last mile, and white glove delivery.
